We checked into the Radisson on a whim to escape some of the air pollution in Delhi, and enjoyed it so much we ended up staying for 4 days. The rooms are fairly regular by western standards, but spacious and clean, and the large windows make the room an enjoyable place to be for longer periods of time. The best thing about the property is the staff - the entire staff here made us feel welcomed and supported, and were always available to help us and ensure we were comfortable and happy. The reception team especially went above and beyond, and you really feel you are in a 5 star hotel. Room service team were very attentive and on the ball, and we had some laundry done which came back perfectly. Everyone here should be proud - we will always remember our stay.

Absolutely everything from the gate man JITENDRA to the door men MANOJ GAUTAM to Maintenance man ANNU, waiters = Mohd Tajiv and to all chefs & front of house= Chirag, DHARMENDRA, Abhinav & Sapna.0 Wow wow wow 🤩… Check in made so easy and professional. Rooms are so nice , spacious & clean. Room service everytime was incredible, quick and top class…the buffet breakfasts and dinners are so well thought out with such amazingly prepared cuisine. The pool is big and extremely clean and refreshing after a big day. The gym was fitted out with very good equipment. I could go on forever and l will only stay here from now on…amazing stay and thank you to each and every one🙏🏻

We had the best stay here. Such a reasonable price for a lovely room and service. Bed was very comfy and facilities were very good and clean. The view over Delhi from our room was also great ! Breakfast was amazing, with a variety of food and drinks. The fresh fruit was lovely. As well as a buffet there was lots of made to order options. Staff were very kind and helpful. We wish we could’ve stayed another night ! Would highly recommend.

This hotel was our best stay during our trip to India. The staff is amazing and so friendly, they were always ready to help us and accommodate any needs we had. The food is amazing with so many choices for breakfast. We also ate at the restaurant for lunch and dinner and that was excellent too. We spent sometime at the spa, the massage there is great and the gym is also very well equipped. Generally, it was an excellent stay!

As soon as we reached at the hotel which was around 11 pm in the evening to check in we were extremely happy the way the security greeted us and helped with our luggage. Most important we were super happy with the reception staff as we could get an upgrade as we requested for the same and they were very helpful as we were completely new to that area.
